UX Audit
We conducted a UX audit of the system usability using the following best practices: heuristic techniques, UX patterns, UI guidelines, analytics, user behavior, and key metrics.
Mockups
Based on the UX audit we offered a system redesign. It’s important to understand that a system redesign is fulfilled in several steps. Firstly, we change the UX block by block in accordance with the users’ reactions. Then we proceed with UI components. Such an approach allows users to adapt to the changes in the system interface more comfortably.
Results
UX audit is the best option for the ones who are not ready for drastic changes in the system design. If there are several issues but the website still generates profit and there are many active users, dramatic changes in the design may lead to unpleasant consequences.
In this case, it’s better to deal with critical issues where UX audit is a good approach. As a result, website conversion and session duration increase.
