Challenge

Increase the conversion of impressions into views. Increase the number of downloads.

First, we simulated a scenario of searching for an app to keep photos. Then we watched the actions of users.

Problem

The screens of the ap are very colorful. They stand out among other similar apps. However, as it was found out, they don’t correlate with the user thought while choosing an app.

Implementation

Redesign

Obviously, we needed to redesign a logo. We decided to make it look like a keyhole in cold colors to express reliability and security.

AppStore Screens

We paid much attention to the content. We wanted to avoid the feeling of secret relationships and sexism as we saw both male and female as the users of the app.

Results

The page views increased by 204%.
The number of users increased by 313% compared to the previous months.
